• ITRM invited to join Symantec’s Partner Advisory Council and awarded Advanced Specialist Partner Status

  ITRM are now members of the Symantec’s Partner Advisory Council. ITRM were invited to join the Council after undertaking an independent assessment of one Symantec’s key global products. The subsequent report prepared by Jon Reeves, ITRM's Service Desk Technical Controller, highlighted and recommended several areas of improvement. The report was taken very seriously by senior Symantec product executives and has been used to help drive their strategy for the product moving forward.

• Bexley Moorings Golf Day 2012

  Each year Bexley Moorings Project supports over 200 young people within the Borough of Bexley through one to one work and group activities. The young people supported are vulnerable and are referred from a variety of sources including social services and schools.

• Microsoft Gold & Avaya Partnership Renewal

  We are pleased to announce that ITRM have successfully renewed our Microsoft Gold and Avaya partnership accreditations. ITRM have been working closely with both Microsoft and Avaya for many years and we look forward to building many more effective solutions for our clients based on the technologies from both of these organisations.

  We are pleased to announce that ITRM have achieved Microsoft Partner Gold Sever Platform and Microsoft Small Business Specialist certifications. ITRM have been working closely with Microsoft for many years, since the inception of the company we have based the majority of our server and workstation environments on Microsoft operating systems and software.

• New Look HQ for ITRM

  ITRM acquired Thames House in its entirety in March 2007 after occupying a single floor for many years. Steady growth year on year led to the company outgrowing the single floor and as a result additional office space had been taken in a nearby premises. Our desire to create a Head Office reflecting the dynamic values of the company was the motivating factor for the project, marking an exciting time for ITRM.
