ITRM celebrated a successful evening at the annual Bexley Business Excellence Awards Ceremony 2017.
On the 21st June, the ITRM team attended the awards ceremony held at the Marriott Hotel in Bexleyheath, and we're delighted to be recognised as ‘highly commended’ for the Best Technology Company award, and overall winner of the Business Commitment to the Community Award.
Over the last year we have developed a comprehensive corporate social responsibility programme, which includes the provision of work experience opportunities, apprenticeships, our commitment to our role as Champion of the Bexley Skills Charter, and our volunteer programme which enables every member of staff to take one day per year out of the business to support a community based project. Since April 2016, 66% of our staff have taken part in voluntary community work and we are working to expand this programme further to ensure that every member of staff is able to be involved in some way by the end of 2017.

We would like to thank all of our staff members who take part in our corporate responsibility programme and to our amazing charity partners, including the Charlton Athletic Community Trust and the Bexley Moorings Project, for giving our teams the opportunity to take part in such valuable initiatives. We are also extremely grateful for the support we receive from Bexley for Business who also provide many invaluable services to the community, several of which we are fortunate enough to be involved with.
