Our first guest speaker James Marshall, Microsoft’s CTO for SMB followed, by highlighting the need for businesses to evolve technically to keep up with the needs of their clients. Neil Whitelock, Avaya’s Director of Cloud & SI Alliances, closed the presentations by detailing how voice and connectivity services can further improve business efficiency and agility.

Guests were also given the chance to ask questions of all speakers during an interactive Q&A which closed the event before they had the opportunity to network with other businesses and ITRM staff.
