We are excited to share that we have been listed as one of the 'Top 75' businesses in the UK for the '2024 Elite Business Top 100 SME Award'. This award recognises the most innovative, impactful, and inspiring SMEs (small/medium enterprises) in the country, and we are honoured to be among them.
About the award:
The Elite Business award is highly competitive, and applicants must meet strict criteria, such as turnover, being UK-based, independent, and privately owned, and trading for at least two years. They also must demonstrate their contribution to the community, their support for their team, innovation in their field, and the company's vision for the future.
The process:
After fulfilling the application, going into detail regarding our high customer satisfaction standards, charitable work for the community including our CSR days, being supporting partners of CACT (Charlton Athletic Community Trust), and how ITRM prioritise staff development - enabling personnel to improve their skills and, the company to gain a more valuable asset, improving the overall delivery and quality of our services.
Our ranking:
Once the results were released, we received an email from Elite Business Magazine. We opened it and saw the words: 'Congratulations! You have been ranked 64th in the Elite Business Top 100 SME list 2024!'. We were delighted with the achievement as it was our first time applying. Breaking into the 'Top 75' applicants is an achievement for the company and is made even more special through being recognised for our successes on our 25th anniversary year.
The future:
We are grateful for this recognition and want to thank Elite Business Magazine, the judges, and everyone who is a part of the team. This recognition is a testament to our team's hard work, dedication, and passion. It is also motivation for us to keep growing, innovating, and making an impact.
We are proud to be part of the Elite Business community and look forward to meeting and learning from the other amazing businesses on the list. We aim to re-apply next year for the award and hope to improve our ranking, showcasing our commitment to continuous development.
