The role:

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, as part of the business operations team, this role is varied with a focus on ticket management, procurement, billing, process improvements and office administration.

General Summary:


Business Operations

• Assist with purchasing for both external and internal requirements.

• Assist with billing as required.

• Assist with contract creation and ongoing management.

• Liaise with vendors to negotiate the best pricing to increase the profitability of deals.

• Prompt management of department tickets, such as pricing requests and queries.

• Liaise with the finance department as necessary, i.e. queries and invoice approvals.

• Work with the team to improve process efficiencies.

• Ad hoc facilities management.


Resource Scheduling

• Manage and assign all consultancy post-sale tickets to the published SLA.

• Manage and regularly update the consultants’ calendars.

• Maintain clear and efficient communication with clients.

• Work with the Professional Services Director and Business Operations Manager to capture a monthly consultancy billing forecast and provide regular updates.

• Report at the end of the month on performance against the detailed forecast.


Technical skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Salary/benefits

• Annual salary depending upon experience.

• Contributory pension scheme (after 3 months of service and successful completion of probationary period)
