What will the apprentice be doing?
From your first day at ITRM, you’ll be joining a fantastic team of dedicated Engineers, you’ll partner with a mentor who will support you with hands-on training, and they’ll be beside you at every step, ensuring that you develop and grow at ITRM. To start with, you’ll gain experience taking customer calls and troubleshooting basic issues. At ITRM, you’ll truly be earning whilst you learn; you’ll benefit from expert business coaches, quarterly reviews and 22 days of facilitated training so you can hone your skills and gain extremely valuable experience for your working life.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will they gain at the end?
- They will achieve Level 3 qualification
- They will attend 22 days of facilitated training in central London
- Training sessions can be 2 days or up to 5 days in duration at any one time
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After the completion of this apprenticeship, the learner can expect to follow a career path to a Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 Support Engineer, and then progress further within a Consultancy role.
