ITRM Ranked among Top 501 Global Managed Service Providers

We were delighted to learn last month that ITRM Ltd ranks among the world’s top 501 most strategic and innovative managed service providers (MSPs), according to Channel Futures' 11th-annual MSP 501 Worldwide Company Rankings.

The MSP 501 is the first, the largest and most comprehensive ranking of managed service providers worldwide and this year Channel Futures received a record number of submissions from MSP's in Europe, Asia, South America and beyond.

As it has for the last three years, Channel Futures, part of the Informa Group, teamed up with Clarity Channel Advisors to evaluate these progressive and forward-leaning companies. MSPs were ranked according to how well the applicant's business strategy anticipates trends in the fast-evolving channel ecosystem.

Speaking about the MSP 501 which saw ITRM Ltd ranked 7th in the United Kingdom and 169th in the World, ITRM Managing Director Dave White said, ''at ITRM our focus is all about the customer experience and the MSP 501 recognition again this year is great for our team and highlights  just how our vision and values shine through in all we do.  Rising up the ranks from 212th last year to 169th this year is proof that the service our clients receive is world class and focused on solving the challenges that businesses face with innovative thinking and absolute technical leadership''.

Dave continued by adding, ''we have invested in our systems, our staff and our services and we will drive more improvements in the coming year with a new array of service offerings, particularly in the security space along with our advisory and consultancy services to serve our clients even better.”

Speaking at the launch of the MSP World rankings Kris Blackmon, Channel Futures' content director and editor of the MSP 501 said, “This year’s applicant pool was the largest and most diverse in the history of the survey, and our winners represent the health and progressivity of the managed services market.”

Kris added, “They’re growing their revenue, expanding their customer influence and exploring new technology that will propel them for years to come.”
